Juan Campallo: Juan Campallo was born into a family of flamenco artists and started playing professionally when he was only 12 years old accompanying his older siblings, dancers Rafael and Adela Campallo. With them he worked on stages all over the world, from Tokyo to New York, in renowned theaters and festivals such as the Bienal de Flamenco, the Festival de Jerez, the Mont de Marsans Festival, Tel Aviv Flamenco Days Festival, Monterrey Festival, and the Santa Barbara Festival in California, among others. In 2006 he joined the companies of Antonio Canales and Javier Baron, with whom he continues to work today. In 2007 he won the prestigious “Bordón Minero” award at the Festival de la Unión, as best solo guitarist, which established him as one of the best young solo guitarists on the flamenco scene. As a result of this award he began to play as a soloist in important festivals such as the Bienal de Flamenco in 2008 and in Flamenco viene del Sur cycle of the Junta de Andalucía.
Mariano Campallo: Mariano Campallo is a Flamenco guitarist from Seville, Spain. He is the patriarch of the legendary Campallo family. He plays in famous tablaos (Flamenco performance venues) throughout Seville including El Arenal, Los Gallos, Esencia Flamenca and Teatro Flamenco de Sevilla. He has accompanied major dancers such as El Choro, Irene La Sentio, Rafael Campallo, and Adela Campallo. He has been a member of Juana Amaya y Companía since 2008, accompanying in major performances including the production of Generaciones for Canal Andalucia Flamenco.
